Emma Jones

Emma is a senior at Harrison High School and has been playing lacrosse for over nine years. She has competed at the club level and is a dedicated member of the Harrison Varsity team. Throughout her years in the sport, Emma has stayed deeply involved with the Hoya youth lacrosse program, giving back to the community that first sparked her love for the game. She is thrilled to be coaching again this season and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, energy, and passion with younger players. Emma loves helping kids build confidence on the field, develop new skills, and discover the same excitement for lacrosse that has shaped so much of her own life. She believes that teaching the next generation is one of the most rewarding parts of being an athlete and can’t wait to watch her players grow and have fun this season.

Hayley Roach

Hayley Roach has been playing lacrosse for 12 years and is passionate about sharing her love for the sport with the next generation of players. She has always been actively involved with the Hoya youth lacrosse program and loves working with kids, helping them build confidence and skills both on and off the field. Hayley brings energy, positivity, and plenty of encouragement to every practice and game. She is excited to be coaching again this season and looks forward to helping her players grow not only as athletes but also as teammates and leaders. For Hayley, watching young players develop a true love for lacrosse and seeing their hard work pay off is what makes coaching so rewarding. She believes that growing the game starts with inspiring young players to have fun, stay dedicated, and believe in themselves — and she’s ready to make this season the best one yet.

Brett Lynn

Brett Lynn is a USA Lacrosse Gold Certified Girls Coach with a passion for building strong, well-rounded athletes. He was first introduced to lacrosse as a parent on the sidelines and gradually stepped into coaching — first by helping at practices, then serving as an assistant coach for his daughter’s team, and eventually leading a team of his own. With a background in playing multiple sports, Brett brings a wide athletic perspective to the game and believes many skills from other sports translate directly to success in lacrosse. His coaching philosophy focuses on effort, attitude, and fun — encouraging players to “win the next second,” control what they can control, and embrace the challenge of turning hard things into second nature. Coach Brett is dedicated to creating a positive, growth-minded environment where players learn, compete, and develop a lasting love for the game.

Juanita Roberts

Juanita Roberts has been passionate about lacrosse since her freshman year of high school, a journey that earned her a scholarship to play at the collegiate level in 2020. As a midfielder, she developed a deep understanding of both offense and defense, which now shapes her approach to coaching. This is Juanita’s third season coaching, with experience leading 3rd–4th grade teams as well as high school JV. She is dedicated to pushing and inspiring her players to be their best on and off the field, fostering both skill development and personal growth. Juanita’s coaching philosophy goes beyond the game — she strives to instill a love for lacrosse while teaching values like teamwork, perseverance, and confidence. She is excited for the upcoming season and looks forward to continuing to help her players succeed and carry those lessons far beyond the field.

Cheyenne Lentz

Cheyenne Lentz, originally from Marietta, GA, has been passionate about lacrosse for over a decade. She played at Hillgrove High School before competing at the Division I level as a defender for two years at Longwood University. Cheyenne has always loved the idea of coaching and discovered how rewarding it truly is while working with 404 Heat, a start-up travel team, this past fall. She believes coaching is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes by sharing her experience and helping them grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game. She is dedicated to developing players both on and off the field, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive as athletes and individuals. For Cheyenne, seeing the spark and excitement in her players’ eyes makes every practice and game worthwhile — and fuels her passion to keep giving back to the sport she loves.
